Refund policy
At NISHK BEAUTY, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty products, certain conditions apply.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is defective upon arrival.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is completely unused, with its original cellophane wrap and brand seals intact.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim any transit damage or leakage, a continuous, unedited unboxing video from start to finish is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened perfume bottles
- Used cosmetic products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Perfumes that have been sprayed or products with broken seals. Once the perfume is sprayed or the seal is broken, the product becomes non-returnable.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchange
If an incorrect or damaged product has been delivered, we will provide a replacement subject to stock availability.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
