Spray, don't rub: Rubbing your wrists together breaks down fragrance molecules and causes the scent to fade faster.

Moisturize first: Fragrance lasts much longer on hydrated skin. Apply an unscented moisturizer before spraying for extended wear.
Open Box Delivery
What to Expect
To ensure your luxury fragrance arrives in perfect condition and to guarantee its authenticity, we use Open Box Delivery for all orders.
Please follow these simple steps when your courier agent arrives:
1. Check the Outer Box
Before opening, ensure the outer shipping box is sealed and has not been tampered with.
2. Verify the Perfume Packaging
Ask the delivery agent to open the shipping box in front of you. Check the perfume’s retail box for:
The correct brand and fragrance name.
The cellophane wrap (if applicable) and overall box condition.
Note: Do not spray or open the actual perfume bottle itself during this check. If the seal is opened no return or refund would be processed.
3. Provide the OTP (If Required)
Once you are satisfied that the correct, undamaged retail box has been delivered, share the secure delivery OTP with the agent to complete the handover.
⚠️ Important Guidelines
Do Not Accept Damaged Items: If the perfume box is crushed, leaking, or completely different from what you ordered, refuse the delivery immediately and tell the agent to mark it as "Damaged/Incorrect Return."
Video Recording (Recommended): We highly recommend recording a quick video while the delivery agent opens the package. This acts as instant proof in the rare event of a dispute.
Post-Delivery Claims: Once the OTP is shared and the package is accepted, we cannot entertain claims for missing items or external physical damage.
